Symptom
System presents with random crashes to black screen and juddering audio. System unresponsive. Fault tends to manifest after approx 30-40 mins of gaming or heavy usage (>50% CPU & GPU)
Fault Confirmation
Numerous errors and critical crashes in Event Viewer, Repetitive nvpddmkm, event code 14, \Device\Video3\CMDre followed my mem-address code. Final errors present before system shutdown.
Corrective Action
PSU replacement to be carried out. Likely cause is insufficient power to GPU supplied during cooling cycle. Replace and monitor under high GPU load (Firmark or Unigine Heaven).
