Presented on Windows 11, multiple storachi errors before drive disconnect and system lockup. Mostly happens when user running a game with multiple IO operations happening.
Suspect failed storage drive at location Z:/ (in this case). Drive would cause issue when connected by not initialized. Removal of drive and replacement recommended. Awaiting further testing by client to confirm fault.
